Preparation
- Brown chicken and extra virgin olive oil; set aside.
- Cook pasta in boiling water 7 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- Combine pasta, Italian beans, chicken, basil, and parsley in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
- Combine Italian bean brine, salt, ground black pepper in a small bowl, stirring with a wisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving/Presentation Suggestions: On a bed of romaine lettuce or placed in a cut out tomato.
