Discovery Collection Product Line

Northumberland, PA --  Furmano's Discovery Collection is a "Traveling Palate" of distinctive recipes evoking romantic flavors from around the globe to create new flavor destinations in foodservice.  Choice beans are slow cooked with exotic spices to enhance the taste and texture of every delicious forkful.

The Discovery Collection includes six introductory items:

Veracruz Garbanzo Beans - garbanzo beans in a light and delicious, garlic lime sauce.

Smoky Mountain Pinto Beans - southern smoked pork flavored pinto beans.

Painted Desert Chili Beans - pinto beans in a spicy chili, tomato sauce.

Tuscan White Beans - white beans and tomatoes in a delicate garlic and sage sauce.

Cajun Red Beans - small red beans with a spicy bayou flare.

Floribbean Black Beans - black beans with hints of garlic, onion and oregano.

As we travel from the mountains of Tuscany to the beaches of Veracruz, we offer these authentic flavors to expand menus and entice palates. From the spicy chilies of the Painted Desert to the smoked pork of the Smoky Mountains, we offer beans with regional identities.  As we boat the bayous of Louisiana or breathe the sweet sea air of the Caribbean, the flavor destinations are endless.
