Customer Relationship Representative
Furmano Foods is looking for someone with a BS/BA degree (preferably in Marketing or Sales related area) as a primary in-house contact person with our customers. This person will work as a team with the Regional Sales Manager to service all aspects of the customers business with our company. Communication and interpersonal skills are of utmost importance along with having and being able to project a pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette. We need someone with good general computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. A background in Foodservice and food industry knowledge would be helpful. Strong detail orientation and data entry skills are required for this job along with the ability to manage the prioritization of one’s work and time. About 10% travel time.
