Ingredients
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 3 each Onions, Chopped
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 16 ounces Boston Baked Beans
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Red Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 3 3/4 cups Furmano's Butter Beans, Drained
Preparation
  1. Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Set bacon aside and reserve grease.
  2. In bacon grease add onions, brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and cider vinegar.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add beans and bacon.
  5. Pour into 3 quart dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
