Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
  • 3 each Chicken Breasts, Split, Skinned & Boned
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Preparation
  1. In skillet, brown chicken in olive oil. Cover and cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink inside.
  2. Top with tomatoes and cheeses.
  3. Cover and continue cooking until cheeses are melted and tomatoes are heated thoroughly.
