Homemade Baked Lima Beans

Ingredients
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/3 cup Smokey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cups Furmano's Butter Beans, Drained
Preparation
  1. In skillet, cook bacon until browned. Remove to cool; crumble.
  2. In bacon drippings, cook onion and garlic until tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and bacon. Heat thoroughly.
