Ingredients
  • 10 ounces Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Chopped
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 dozen Manicotti Shells
Preparation
  1. Drain the spinach.
  2. Combine spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and egg.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup sauce in 13 x 19 inch baking dish.
  4. Fill manicotti; arrange in baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and parmesan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
