Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Onions, Diced
  • 3 5/8 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Furmano's Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Water
  • 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
  • 1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning
  • 4 1/2 ounces Green Chilies, Chopped
  • As Needed Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • As Needed Sour Cream
  • As Needed Green Onions
Preparation
  1. Brown ground beef, drain. Add onions, and cook until onions are soft.
  2. Add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, Furmano's Tomato Sauce, and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add taco seasoning and green chilies.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
