Mini Turkey Cordon Bleu Loaves

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, Grated
  • 1 each Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 each Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, Drained
  • 4 ounces Deli Ham, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 ounces Provolone Cheese, Sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Furmano's Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • As Needed Parsley Sprigs
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, carrots, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, and Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 6 equal mini-loaves.
  4. Divide each loaf in half lengthwise. Evenly place ham and cheese on top of loaves. Replace top of loaves. Seal seams.
  5. Place on 15"x 10" jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in middle of loaves registers 160 degrees.
  6. Heat spaghetti sauce in microwave safe bowl 2 minutes or until heated through. Pour evenly over baked loaves.
  7. Place on serving platter and garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
