Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 each Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 each Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2/3 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. In shallow dish or pie plate, heat together egg and milk.
  4. Mix well on wax paper bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, paprika and salt.
  5. Brush or dip chicken in egg and milk mixture; coat with crumbs.
  6. Place on lightly greased baking pan.
  7. Bake until fork tender, about 30 minutes.
  8. Allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes, then slice chicken and serve.
  9. Create dip from Furmano's Diced Tomatoes and remaining parmesan cheese.
