Ingredients
  • 1 pound Bow Tie Pasta
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmanos Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 each Cucumber, Diced Small
  • 1 each Onion, Diced Small
  • 2 2/3 fluid ounces Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 fluid ounces Light Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to box. Drain with cold water to help cool down.
  2. Cook tomatoes to a boil and let cool.
  3. Mix everything together and refrigerate until cold.
