Skillet Ragout

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Fennel Seed
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 pound Rigatoni Pasta, Cooked
Preparation
  1. In skillet with oil, cook pork with onion, fennel seed, garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth.
  3. Serve over pasta.
