Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Dehydrated & Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pound Fat-Free Refried Beans
  • 3 5/8 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 2 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Corn Chips
Preparation
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a 12"x8" baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large skillet, brown and drain the ground beef. Sprinkle chili powder over beef and set aside.
  4. Soak onion in apple vinegar about five minutes.
  5. Spread refried beans in bottom of the baking pan. Layer beef, onions, Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown.
  7. Top with sour cream and sprinkle corn chips overtop.
  8. Serve hot.
