Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 each Eggs
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
Preparation
  1. Toss cooked egg noodles in butter.
  2. Brown meats; drain fat.
  3. Mix all ingredients except mozzarella.
  4. Place all ingredients in a greased pan, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  6. If desired, in the last 3 minutes, turn up oven temperature to 500 degrees to brown the mozzarella.
