Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Peeled & Minced
  • 8 each Large Cabbage Leaves, Blanched
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat, drain.
  2. Combine beef, rice, onion, pepper and garlic. Divide among cabbage leaves.
  3. Roll and place in buttered 9x13 baking dish, seam side down.
  4. Pour tomatoes over cabbage rolls.
  5. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
