Taco Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Refried Beans
  • 1 each Avocado
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 6 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce, Shredded
  • 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, Sliced
  • 1 each Jalapeno, Diced
Preparation
  1. Spread refried beans on platter.
  2. Mash avocado and spread on top of refried beans.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread on beans and avocado.
  4. Layer with diced onions, then cheese, then lettuce and Furmano's Diced Tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle scallions and jalapenos for color, if desired.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
