Tomato Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and Onion, Drained & Reserving Juice
  • 1 cup Celery, Diced
  • 1 each Medium Red Onion, Diced
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 3 each Eggs, Boiled & Peeled & Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickle, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
Preparation
  1. Cook macaroni as package directs. Drain well. Set aside.
  2. Place Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and Onion in 2-quart bowl; set juice aside.
  3. Add next 9 ingredients to tomatoes and mix well. Let set about 5 minutes to mix flavors.
  4. Add cooled macaroni to tomato mixture.
  5. Add juice as desired. Add additional mayonnaise to taste.
