Ingredients
  • 2 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots, Chopped
  • 1 each Jalapeno, Seeded & Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Onion, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Basil, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Mint, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. Combine ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
