1 7/8 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Italian Plum Tomatoes
1 each Jalapeno
1/4 each Red Onion
1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 each Green Pepper
1 7/8 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
As Needed Salt
As Needed Pepper
As Needed Sugar
Preparation
Combine Furmano's Whole Peeled Italian Plum Tomatoes and green pepper in a bag with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Grill over high heat until charred. Let cool on a plate and discard liquid.
Combine vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, green and jalapeno peppers, sugar and cilantro in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and chopped. Pour into a bowl. Blend grilled vegetables and Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies until desired chunkiness.
Pour into bowl with vinegar mixture and stir until well combined.
Great served warm or chilled with tortilla chips or vegetables.
