Rub fajita seasoning on chicken and saute chicken in 2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick skillet until cooked through and golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board and dice.
To same skillet add remaining oil and saute peppers and onion until they begin to soften, 3 to 4 minutes. Add Chicken to pepper mixture.
Spread the pizza sauce on the crusts and sprinkle with half the cheese.
Spread chicken and pepper mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with cilantro.
Bake until crust is golden brown, topping is hot and cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes.
