Ingredients

• 1 pound Ground Beef
• 3 tablespoons Wheat Germ
• 1 each Egg
• 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
• 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
• 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Diced

Preparation

1. Mix ground the beef, egg, and wheat germ together.
2. In a 9"x12" greased cake pan, flatten out the hamburger mixture to cover entire bottom of pan.
3. Cook for approximately 20-30 minutes, until hamburger mixture is done.
4. Cover with Furmano's Pizza Sauce, then Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, and then mozzarella.
5. Cook until cheese is melted.
6. Cut into slices and serve.
