French Bread Pizza by Susan Bearce

Ingredients
  • 1 each French Bread Loaf
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • As Needed Garlic Powder
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 pound Mushrooms, Sliced Thin
  • 1 each Large Green Pepper, Sliced Into Thin Strips
  • 1 each Onion, Sliced Thin
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice bread lengthwise; place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Spread bread with Furmano's Pizza Sauce.
  4. Sprinkle sauce with garlic powder.
  5. Blend both bags of cheese; spread cheese as you like.
  6. Add the vegetable toppings.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Heat any left over sauce until hot, then use for dipping.
