Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 each Medium Onion, Diced
  • 5 cups Furmano's Kidney Beans
  • 28 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Chili Powder
Preparation
  1. Brown ground beef in a pan, and drain.
  2. Add onions and chili powder, cook until onions are clear.
  3. Add Furmano's Kidney Beans with liquid.
  4. Add cooked rice and all of the Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes.
  5. Heat on medium, until chili is hot.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with oyster crackers or regular crackers.
