Louisiana Shrimp Stew

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 2/3 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 2/3 cup Celery, Chopped
  • 7 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
  • 12 ounces Fresh Shrimp, Peeled & De-veined
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil on medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and celery and saute until slightly cooked.
  3. Add Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, shrimp, and water and bring to boil.
  4. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked rice.
