Ingredients
1 cup Olive Oil
6 slices Thick Maple Bacon, Cooked & Chopped
1 each Large White Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1 each Deep Dish Pizza Crust
1 7/8 cups
Furmano's Pizza Sauce
3 cups Fresh Spinach, Chopped
2 cups Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 cup Fresh Goat Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a medium saute pan, add 1/2 cup olive oil. Cook bacon until browned. Set pan aside.
On a plate put a layer of paper towels and place bacon on top of towels to soak up oil.
On medium heat, place the saute pan. Add onions, salt and garlic. Cook until onions are clear, drain oil.
On deep dish pizza crust brush remaining olive oil.
Spread Furmano's Pizza Sauce on top of crust then add bacon and onions on top.
Layer spinach and parmesan and goat cheese.
Reduce oven heat to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
