Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
2 cups Instant White Rice
2 cups Water
3 5/8 cups
Furmano's Petite Diced Tomato with Green Chilies
1 7/8 cups
Furmano's Tomato Sauce
1 each Onion, Diced
1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Powdered Cumin
3 ounces Stout Beer
3 each Fresh Cilantro Leaves
Preparation
In a large pan, brown and drain ground beef.
Cook rice, drain, add to meat and stir.
Add all other ingredients, except the cilantro leaves.
Stir and simmer 20-30 minutes on medium/low.
Pour into hearty bowls. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with crusty bread. Enjoy!
