Ping's Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Wide Noodles
  • 5 each Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 each Beef Bouillon Cube
Preparation
  1. Cook and drain noodles.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, brown the pork chops in a skillet.
  3. Drain Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, reserving 3/4 cup of the liquid.
  4. Pour noodles in a 2 quart casserole dish and mix in the Furmano's Diced Tomatoes.
  5. Place pork chops on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped onions over the pork chops.
  7. Mix together the reserved tomato liquid, salt, pepper, thyme and the beef bouillon cube; heating until cube dissolves; then pour over chops.
  8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
