Ingredients
  • 1 each Ripe Papaya
  • 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Ripe Cantaloupe, Diced Small
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeno Pepper, Finely Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3/8 cup Mint Leaves, Chopped
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut papaya in half, remove seeds and peel, then cut into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Drain juice from the tomatoes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients; mix thoroughly.
