Ingredients
4 cups Chicken Breast, Cooked & Cooled & Diced
1 5/6 cups
Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime
, Drained
2 cups
Furmano's White (Cannellini) Kidney Beans
, Drained
1/2 cup Fat-Free Miracle Whip
1 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Tabasco Sauce
8 each Large Lettuce Leaves
As Needed Tortilla Chips
Preparation
Place chilled chicken breast in a large bowl.
Drain can of Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime and add to chicken.
Drain Furmano's White (Cannellini) Kidney Beans well and add to chicken/tomato mix.
Fold in Miracle Whip and smoked tabasco sauce.
Place chicken salad on lettuce leaves or eat with tortilla chips.
