Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 pound Boneless Round Steak, ¾" Thick, Cut In Strips
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 1 3/4 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Green Pepper, Sliced
Preparation
- In plastic bag, combine flour, mustard and pepper.
- Add beef, shake to coat.
- In skillet with oil, brown meat
- Stir in tomatoes.
- Cover; simmer stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Add onion and pepper.
- Simmer covered 10 minutes more.
- Spoon over cooked egg noodles if desired.
