Ingredients
- 1 cup Taco Meat, Seasoned
- 1 cup Refried Beans
- 3 cups Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Cheddar, Shredded
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Black Olives
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cup Tortilla Chips
Preparation
- Brown and season taco meat, cool.
- Layer the refried beans at the bottom of a glass salad dish.
- Place lettuce on top of beans.
- Garnish with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
