1 3/8 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Peppers and Onions
1/2 cup Black Olives, Sliced
1 1/3 cups Mexican Cheese Mix, Shredded
As Needed Sour Cream
8 each Taco Shells, Heated & Broken Into 1" Pieces
Preparation
Cook and drain ground beef, then add seasoning packet and mix well.
Place one cup of lettuce on four separate plates.
On each plate of lettuce, portion out the following in order until all gone: seasoned ground beef, Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Peppers and Onions, black olives, and cheese.
Top with sour cream to taste and two broken tacos.
