Tomato Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • 4 cups White Bread, Crusts Removed & Cubed
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, Chopped
Preparation
  1. Place cubed bread in bottom of buttered, shallow 1 1/2 - 2 quart baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine Furmano's Tomato Sauce, butter, brown sugar and salt. Heat to boiling.
  3. Add green onions into sauce pan.
  4. Pour mixture over the bread cubes.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
