Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Peeled & Minced
  • 2 pounds Swiss Chard, Washed & Trimmed
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preparation
  1. In skillet with olive oil and garlic, saute greens until wilted.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; heat thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Tip: As an option, can substitute Swiss Chard for Spinach.
