White Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Furmano's White Kidney Beans
  • 1 each Large Onion, Sliced Thin
  • 1 each Bunch Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • As Needed Olive Oil
  • As Needed Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 each Stalk Celery, Finely Chopped
  • As Needed Lemon Juice
  • As Needed Vinegar
Preparation
  1. Rinse and drain Fumano's White Kidney Beans thoroughly.
  2. Add the onion and parsley; season with oil, black pepper, salt, celery, lemon juice and vinegar.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate.

Tip: For added flavor and variation, add cubed chicken breast, turkey, or shrimp.
