1 5/6 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, Drained, Reserving Liquid
1 1/2 cups Hothouse Cucumbers, Cubed
8 ounces Tomato and Basil Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1/2 cup Basil, Chopped
1 each Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted & Chopped
5 ounces Italian Salad Dressing
Preparation
Place lettuce in bottom of footed pedestal glass bowl or similar container.
Layer with 2 cups croutons, Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, cucumbers, 1/2 of feta cheese, 1/2 of basil, then onions and olives.
Top with remaining 1/2 of cheese and 1 cup croutons.
In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved tomato juice, salad dressing and remaining basil, blending well.
Pour dressing over strata, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
