Ingredients

• 3 7/8 cups Furmano's Chick Peas, Undrained
• 1 each Large Onion, Diced
• 3 slices Bacon, Chopped
• 1 each Bay Leaf
• 1 clove Garlic, Minced
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 each Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped

Preparation

1. Brown bacon in skillet, then crumble.
2. In a large pot, mix bacon, chick peas, onions, bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove bay leaf. Mash beans slightly. Garnish with chopped egg.
