Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 8 ounces Smoked Sausage, Sliced
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 cups Rice, Cooked
- 8 ounces Salad Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
Preparation
- In large skillet with olive oil, saute onion, celery and cajun seasoning.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; then simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
