5 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
4 ounces Black Olives, Drained & Sliced
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1 pound Rotelle Pasta
4 ounces Feta Cheese, Crumbled
Preparation
Prepare pasta according to directions on box; drain.
Meanwhile, warm the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
Add Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, black olives, oregano and parsley; bring to just boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add wine to tomato sauce; simmer 10 minutes more.
Remove tomato sauce from heat and let cool slightly, about 5 minutes, to prevent cheese from melting immediately when tossed.
In a large bowl, toss pasta, tomato sauce and feta cheese; serve immediately.
