Sizzlin' Mayan-Style Shrimp with Cilantro and Lime Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 dozen Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
2 teaspoons Garlic, Sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground Chili Powder
3 5/8 cups
Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped (Optional)
4 each Green Onions, Chopped (Optional)
Preparation
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp, garlic, salt, black pepper and chili powder. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies and cook, stirring frequently for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
To serve, divide between 4 dinner plates. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and green onions, if desired.
