Ingredients
1/2 cup Warm Water
1 teaspoon Dry Active Yeast
3/4 cup
Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix Petite Diced Tomatoes and olive oil with the water mixture.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, dry basil, pepper and garlic.
Then create a well in the middle. Place tomato mixture in flour well and blend into a ball of dough.
Let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
Then bake for about 10 minutes, or until slightly browned.
