Ultimate Sauce Over Porta Bella Ravioli

Ingredients
  • 2 pound Pork Riblets
  • 1 pound Ground Chuck
  • 1 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Tomato Sauce
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Tomato Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 5 each Links Italian Sausage
  • 1 pound Porto Bella Mushroom Ravioli
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Brown riblets for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, saute ground chuck and onions over medium heat until brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Put Furmano's Tomato Sauce, Furmano's Tomato Puree, seasonings and garlic in medium stockpot over medium heat. Add chuck and browned riblets.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally and reducing heat.
  6. Brown Italian sausages, then cut into 2" pieces and add to sauce mixture.
  7. Simmer an additional 30-45 minutes or until ribs are tender.
  8. Just before serving, cook pasta according to package directions.
  9. Pour sauce over pasta.
