Ingredients

• 7 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Drained
• 1/4 cup Onions, Minced
• 2 tablespoons Green Pepper, Minced
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
• 3 cups Soft Bread Cubes
• 2 tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

1. In a bowl, combine Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, and sugar.
2. In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of tomato mixture and bread cubes ending with bread cubes.
3. Drizzle melted butter over top.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
