Ingredients
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Tomato Sauce
- 1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 1/4 cups Rice
- 2 cups Pinto Beans
- 1/2 cup Bacon, Crumbled
- 3/8 cup Cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- As Needed Green Onion, Sliced
Preparation
- In saucepan, combine tomato sauce and broth. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
