Cincinnati Style Chili



  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 each Medium White Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 2 cups Furmano's Red Kidney Beans, Undrained
  • 1 cup Furmano's Tomato Sauce
  1. In a 3 quart saucepan, cook and stir ground beef and 1 cup of the onions until beef is brown and onions are tender; drain.
  2. Break or cut up the Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes to desired size.
  3. Stir in chili powder, salt, Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Furmano's Red Kidney Beans and Furmano's Tomato Sauce.
  4. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
  5. Serve over spaghetti or rice. Sprinkle with mozzarella, romano or parmesan cheese if desired.
