Ingredients
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 1/2 cup Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
- 2 cups Lettuce Leaves, Torn
- 4 slices White Toast, Torn
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Add chopped eggs and bacon.
- Place on lettuce.
- Top with Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes and toast.
