Spread pizza dough over a 12" pan or baking sheet; let rise for 30 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add ground pork, saute until a color change. Remove the mixture to a paper towel; drain.
Wipe out the skillet with a paper towel; add Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes, Recipe Secrets Onion Seasoning Mix, salt, pepper, basil, wine, and drained pork.
Bring to a boil; then simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes to reduce some of the liquid.
Before removing from heat, fold in mushrooms; blend and stir for a couple of minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Spread the mixture over the pizza dough; bake in preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven; sprinkle havarti cheese over pizza.
Bake again until bottom is lightly browned and cheese has melted.
