Ingredients
  • 2 cups Guacamole
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 2 each Taco Seasoning Mix Envelopes
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Black Olives, Pitted & Diced
  • 2 cups Jack Cheese with Jalapenos, Shredded
Preparation
  1. Layer guacamole in the bottom of a 10" pie plate or quiche pan.
  2. Spoon the drained tomatoes over the guacamole.
  3. Mix sour cream with both taco seasoning mix packages and layer on top of tomatoes.
  4. Layer olives on top of sour cream mixture.
  5. Spread jack cheese over the top. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Serve with nacho chips, tortilla or corn chips.
