Ingredients
- 2 cups Half and Half
- 3 each Eggs
- 3 7/8 cups Furmano's Whole Kernel Golden Corn, Drained
- 8 1/2 ounces Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
- In bowl, whisk cream and eggs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 8 x 12 inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden.
