Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Half and Half
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 3 7/8 cups Furmano's Whole Kernel Golden Corn, Drained
  • 8 1/2 ounces Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
  1. In bowl, whisk cream and eggs.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into 8 x 12 inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden.
