Ingredients

• 2 cups Cheez-It Hot and Spicy Crackers
• 6 each Boneless Chicken Breasts
• 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
• 8 ounces Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
• 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
• 8 each Flour Tortillas

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a ziplock bag, crush Cheez-It crackers with rolling pin to crumb consistency.
3. Shake chicken breasts in bag.
4. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish, then place breasts in flat.
5. In saucepan, add heavy whipping cream, shredded cheese, and Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis.
6. Stir until cheese is completely melted.
7. Pour over chicken.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
9. Serve with steamed tortillas.
